Before the storm

Judging by the sky, you'd never know that a storm is on the way. This wasn't even the best part of the sunrise - it was even brighter 5 minutes earlier when I was getting dressed. Next time I throw on my jacket over my PJs so I don't miss it.

The Snow Flies!

I've been trying to play a little with my new lens - to see how much hand holding I can do with it, because I don't want to have to tote around a tripod or monopod if I don't have to. I love how you can see the snow fly as Trinka is running through the yard.
