Actually, this is Flat Jesse, who is getting ready to take a trip - to Kosovo to visit with Uncle Dale. Notice he is even dressed correctly to visit Camp Bondsteel. It is Uncle Dale's job to take Flat Jesse and show him around and take pictures and send them home so the real Jesse can share them at school.
