I don't consider myself a supporter of any specific political party. I think I'm conservative, although my children label me as more of a moderate-conservative, and I support the candidates that I think make the most sense. When Scott Walker ran for governor last year, I liked his message. I still like his message. He said there would be changes in Wisconsin if he was elected, and when he was, those changes happened. But there are unhappy Wisconsin residents, and recall paperwork has been filed against Governor Walker, and today I saw my first official sign in support of the recall. Personally, I think he is good for Wisconsin, and for Wisconsin's sake, I hope this becomes a failed campaign.
On a lighter note, we had a 3rd World craft fair at church on Sunday, and the fish keychain was my treasure. Fish always remind me of Dale, it was made in Guatemala, the proceeds go to a very good cause, and the price was way less than I should have paid for it. And it makes me smile.
