It was quite an adventure to cut the longest baseboard and quarter round in my living room (12' 8" or so) with the miter saw in the kitchen, and as big of a challenge to find a big enough space to lay them out to put the finish on them. The baseboards have been stained and have one coat of varnish, and I have strategically placed the big one from the counter all the way across the table, and I can still make it in the back door. Too bad it's not warm enough out to use the garage. Hopefully it will be by the time I'm ready to finish the closet doors.
