Some of the last blooms of the season, I'm afraid

Photo 11 - October 4

Not one, but a bunch of photos today. With the growing season fast drawing to its close, I want to include them while I still can. I have bunches of photos from throughout the growing season, but since this is supposed to force me to take my pictures every day, these needed to be fresh, taken today pics. So here they are...hitchhiker sunflowers nearing their conclusion, The Dark Lady still blooming bigger and more beautiful than the beginning of the season, some yellow rudbekia of which I love the color shading, my tiny yarrow that comes up in multiple colors, and purple delphinium, which I never dreamed would be this full this late in the season. So many flowers, so little time...
